Message from the MIGS Fellowship Directors

Message from the Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS Fellowship Directors

Part of our mission at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine is to bring better healthcare to the Inland Empire. The introduction of this fellowship program will allow us to further fulfill this mission by training surgeons in advanced minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

Our fellowship program includes exposure to all aspects of pelvic surgery as our surgeons are not only trained in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS), but also gynecological oncology, reproductive endocrinology & infertility, and urogynecology making this a comprehensive and diverse program. Mastering the art of laparoscopy, robotics, and vaginal surgery will empower trainees with all the tools they need to appropriately treat patients via a minimally invasive approach.

Interested candidates must apply through the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL) fellowship website.

Together, we can do more.

Thank you,

Dr. Samar Nahas
Director of Minimally Invasive Gynecological Surgery Fellowship
